Rustpad is a tool for editing code with your mate. You can self-host it (Yeah), no database required. It has a small docker image, but no NixOS service.
Running on wasm, so, pretty performant (should be).

Thanks for the recommendation. Just had the idea to add GitHub - hedgedoc/hedgedoc: HedgeDoc - Ideas grow better together, but I like similar software on rust better. Will consider it.
